Teaching the
Black community how to use a Private Placement Memorandum for non registered
securities and how to participate in asset acquistion so that New Age Corporations™ can be funded on
a massive scale is far more important, wiser and far more practical than marching in the streets and/or begging for Reparations
for Slavery. Whatever money received from reparations would be quickly spent on the usual depreciating commodities and/or
non income producing assets. Thus, Black America still would not experience the powers, empowerment capabilities and the advantages
of New Age Corporate™ ownership. {Click here to learn more about the power of corporations.}
First and foremost,
slave labor had nothing to do with America’s wealth and rise to the world’s only super military power after the
Civil War. Bretton Wood, Petrodollars, technology and manufacturing capacity did that in the 19th and 20th
centuries and not in the 16th – 18th centuries. During the 16th – 18th
centuries, England, several Western European nations and Russia were the military powers. {Click here to learn about Bretton Wood & Petrodollars.} Even though the Civil War had very little to do with slavery, the Confederate States lost the Civil War. The participation
of Black people in politics; especially in the Republican party, was never greater than immediately after the Civil War. {Click here for little known facts about Black people and the Republican Party.} {Click here for African Americans in the United States Congress.} {Click here to visit the Black Holocaust Museum.}
Reparations for
Slavery, like Black Capitalism is another myth and pipe dream circulating within the African American communities.
On the other hand, New Age Capitalism™ is for real. For those African Americans that are still marching
to these misguided and ill-conceived notions and drum beat, the biggest slave traders and owners were not the Europeans. The
world’s biggest slave traders and owners were and still are Muslims. As recently as 2015, many Muslims throughout Africa
still own slaves. {Click here to learn more about the Arab slave trade.} {Click here to learn more about the Conyers Bill.} {Click here to learn more about the pros & cons of reparations.} {Click here for a report on African slaves in the Muslim world.}
Consequently, asking people that never
owned slaves to pay reparations to people that never were slaves will never gain any meaningful political traction. The Western
world will always point to the verifiable facts that they have opened up all their public facilities and public schools, eateries,
neighborhoods, government, military, professional careers, businesses, colleges, technical schools, universities, parks and
recreational facitilites, entertainment, motels, hotels, factories, plants, professional athletics, motion picture and music
industry to Africans and African Americans, just to name a few.
And they will point to the verifiable
facts that have already spent trillions on educating, housing, providing opportunities, income, government programs and health
care for millions of African descendants in America and all over the world and for all the money spent, the condition of the
overwhelming majority of Africans and African Americans is still practically the same and in some instances.. even worse.
Why is this so? The more you give a person, the more you destroy his/her incentive and/or initiative
to improve and do for self. Therefore, rather than being progressive, it has the opposite effect and impact of
being retrogressive. {Click here to read "The Decadent Veil: Black America's Wealth Illusion}
What "White" America, England and
Europe will also point to are the verifiable facts that they pay Black entertainers, athletes and Black politicians millions
annually, and for all the millions spent, the overwhelming majority have done virtually nothing major or significant for the
Black community. They will also point to verifiable facts that the Black Middle Class leave their communities en masse, rather
than improve them. Finally, they will astutely point to the undeniable facts, that the overwhelming majority of so-called
Black leaders, in the vernacular of the street, are no more or less, than "Poverty Pimps" that have no real interest in ending
Black America's cycle of dependency.
Therefore, instead of doing everything
possible to end the debilitating cycle, they do eveything possible to maintain it and its political advantages. Liberal "White"
America's constant giving without demanding significant across the board improvements or self actualization only increases
Black America's dependency and its every rising social and financial cost. Therefore, before Liberal "White" America, other
major ethnic groups and the Western world declare enough is enough, African America can utilize a revolutionary new and viable
concept.New Age Capitalism™ that originated in the African American community in Orangeburg, South Carolina.
The visionary behind this concept is Otis Harrison. {Click here to learn about the Tulsa Race Riots the destroyed Black Wall Street and massacred hundreds} {Click here to watch the Tulsa Race Riot Video at this website}
New Age Capitalism's concept
of many paying a little to fund New Age Corporations™ that Black people collectively own, manage and operate;
as well as, control the income generated from asset acquisition, can reverse this trend of dependency and put African America
on the path of genuine self actualization in a relatively short period of time.New Age Capitalism™ is based entirely
on the real financial condition of the African American community and not on any speculation or intellectual discussion about
what could be or might be. In addition, it is based entirely on African Americans maturing and accepting the reality that
the "Liberal White" paradigm of victimized Black America has run its course. Black America is no longer the largest ethnic
group and by 2020, we will be replaced by others. Black America is rapidly decreasing in size and importance. {Click here to learn more how the "White" Liberal Paradigm that has virtually destroyed the Black community.}
When it comes to the ills of slavery,
the only way a nation of people can protect themselves from being slaves is to have the technology and resources to prevent
it, or at the very least, make it much more difficult. To be meaningful, the assets owned by African Americans must be huge.
500 billion dollars will buy a lot of assets and political influence. 500 billion dollars spent individually like it is being
spent now, does nothing to help anyone, improve anything, create a future for our children or protect anyone. However, 500
billion held collectively in corporate enterprises, is tremendous financial power and clout that can improve neighborhoods
and schools, create career opportunities for our children and provide political leverage. It is in the Black community's best
interest to develop, fund and collectively own as many corporations as possible and acquire as many income producing assets
as possible, now and in the future.{Click here to learn more about the Rosewood Massacre in Florida in 1923} {Click here for massacres in South Carolina}
